Use BeaconVisit from the phone you already carry. You choose whether to install it on your own device or a work-provided device, keeping the safety process close to you rather than locked inside a corporate operations dashboard.
Light-touch safety support
BeaconVisit is designed to avoid unnecessary data entry. Once your calendar is connected, it identifies relevant client visits, prepares your daily appointment summary, and shows which appointments are Check-in Enabled or can be opted in with Check-in Allowed.
Calendar-aware prompts
Your safety prompts are based around your real working day. BeaconVisit uses calendar-aware reminders to help you check in before a visit and check out afterwards, reducing the chance of forgetting when you are moving between appointments.
